THE COOKING COURSES
+ For a few years we have been organizing cooking courses. Although we know that this idea has been overused, we try to share our passion for good food without giving parchment diplomas. Our approach to the teaching of taste does not allow certificates (also because we have not got any qualification ourselves to do so). Our courses consist of simply meeting and enjoying ourselves cooking whatever was requested at the time of the booking, and that which, in our opinion, we do best.+ The courses take place entirely at the hotplates, and after cooking we sit in the dining room to eat and talk about recipes. During the courses, which last a minimum of 3 days, we give you hospitality in our 6 comfortable rooms. Even breakfast, however, will be your own creation.
+ We give first importance to our professionalism, without forgetting that this experience must serve, not only for learning cooking techniques and new recipes, but also for having a good time in company with taste and fun.
+ It also sometimes happens that we have professional cooks at our courses. In that case we too take advantage.
+ In order to participate in our courses you need to send an email to info@ilsilene.it specifying the dish, dishes or, more generally, the type of product you wish to know better, and the dates you prefer. During the courses we often do tasting of extra virgin olive oil. If requested, there are also guided visits to our olive groves.
